Ashley Drayton – Field Operations Lead

Hi, I’m Ashley! As the Property Services Coordinator with two years of experience, I have honed my time management skills, enabling me to coordinate tasks with both precision and efficiency. My extensive background in customer service, of seven years, equips me to communicate effectively and uphold high standards in all interactions. I am passionate about facilitating timely resolutions for guests, property owners, and property needs.

Outside of work, I cherish family time, particularly enjoying games and movie nights with my daughter!

Eric O’Brien – Property Inspector/Tour Specialist

Hi, I’m Eric ! Originally from the chilly northeast, I’m proud to have called St. Simons my home for over 30 years now!

As property inspector, I help ensure our properties meet the very highest cleanliness, safety and brand standards before guest arrival and after departure, acting as the eyes and ground team for management. I conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, check for damage, verify inventory/amenities, and help identify and coordinate minor maintenance to guarantee high-quality guest experiences and minimize emergency repairs.

I love serving our many property owners, guests and tenants and feel incredibly blessed to be working alongside such a great team at Covenant.

Away from work you can usually find me out and about on my bike or kayak, exploring the neighborhoods and waterways of this magical little island!

Olivia Ross – Weekend Property Inspector

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m a St. Simons local who loves sharing the beauty of our island with others.

On weekends, I help ensure your property is comfortable, well-prepared, and ready for a memorable stay. I’m detail-oriented and have an eye for the little things, which helps keep our homes organized, welcoming, and full of charm.

Outside of work, I enjoy beach days, reading, sewing, and fashion. I’m also part of our local community band, where I play the euphonium.

Auriel Mitchell – Reservations and Leasing Coordinator

Hi, I’m Auriel! As the Reservations and Leasing Coordinator at Covenant Property Management, I help guide guests and tenants through the reservation and leasing process from start to finish. With a background in customer service and administration, I enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly and that each guest or tenant feels supported along the way. I focus on clear communication, organization, and creating a positive experience for both property owners and guests.

I love being part of a team that helps people find the perfect place to stay or call home here in the beautiful Golden Isles.

Outside of work, I’m a mom and a college student currently working toward my degree in accounting. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing to work toward my personal and professional goals.

Brian Acree – Maintenance

Hi, my name is Brian! I am a husband to my amazing wife, Erica, and a dad to two awesome dogs, Toby and Piper. My family and I have called St. Simons Island our home for over five years! We love taking our dogs for walks or riding our bikes on the beach, that is, when the salt air hasn’t caused another tube to go flat! I also enjoy building and flying first-person view racing/freestyle drones.

I’ve worked as a carpenter and handyman for well over a decade. That led me into the fine woodworking aspect and adding mixed-media, such as epoxy resin. I now have my own small business making items such as river and ocean tables, wall décor, serving boards, and more. 

I feel blessed that God led my path to Covenant, a company whose beliefs align with my own..I look forward to continuing to make sure properties are up to Covenant’s standards before our guests’ stay and to fix all of the things that may go wrong along the way!

Lorena Alverez – Housekeeping Manager

Hi, I’m Lorena! I am a lover of cleanliness and organization. After my mother, Ester and my dad, Bady spent 16 years in the cleaning industry, I learned from them all the techniques I needed to open Atlanticview Cleaning Services with my husband, Hector.

We truly love every property we clean, and we make sure that guest and owner satisfaction is always our top priority. Now, we have the privilege of being the only cleaning company that takes care of all Covenant properties. As Covenant’s housekeeping manager, I welcome you to the Golden Isles!

Cait Cushner – Revenue Manager

Hi, I’m Cait! I’m a proud wife, mother, and Georgia Southern alumna! My family and I relocated to the beautiful Golden Isles in 2022, and we’ve absolutely fallen in love with the area.

With an extensive background in property management and a strong passion for communication, I’m thrilled to have joined the Covenant Property Management team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and our dog, exploring new adventures and discovering even more reasons to appreciate where we live.

Alisha Reichart – Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Alisha! I’ve spent over 10 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, leading teams and serving countless guests. My true passion lies in creating systems and experiences that make people feel at home. As an Operations Manager, I’m driven by helping others succeed — partnering with teams to develop strategic, sustainable solutions that help them thrive every day. My focus is on building efficient processes that support both daily excellence and long-term growth.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my husband, Luke, and our kids — or out on the pickleball court, smashing a few volleys. I’m also working on improving my golf handicap (no small feat!). We love all things sports and enjoy traveling together whenever we can.

Braxten O’Neil – Founder

Hi, I’m Braxten! A little bit about me – before founding Covenant Property Management, I spent several years in corporate America and several more as Chief Operating Officer for a fast-growing marketing organization. With over 15 years in the service industry, I’ve developed a deep passion for business operations, leadership, and creating world-class customer experiences.

After owning and managing properties here in the Golden Isles, I felt called to build something that aligned with my faith and values – a company that serves people with integrity, excellence, and generosity. That vision became Covenant Property Management. My goal is to create a place where a talented team of experts can thrive, take ownership, and deliver an unmatched experience for both homeowners and guests.

When I’m not working on growing Covenant, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife, Brittany, and our kids – fishing, camping, traveling, and enjoying life together by the coast.
