-Because of the nerf to ship CIWS, new ship CIWS accuracy increased 15% -> 25%.
-New ship CIWS reload decreased 15 seconds -> 3 seconds.
-Old ships, ships built before this past update, have the same sentry stats as before: 15% hit chance, 15 second reload.
