
Central Oklahoma Stormwater Alliance, Inc. (COSWA) is a central Oklahoma-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of MS4s, public agencies, and private businesses that collaborate and pool resources to satisfy OPDES permit obligations on a regional level.
What We Do

We participate in public outreach events to educate our local community about water quality and pollution prevention.

We promote the use of rain barrels to help mitigate pollutant discharges and potential downstream flooding.

We work collaboratively to increase public awareness of stormwater and other environmental issues.
