🚨 The ECMC just dropped the biggest single-day enf

🚨 The ECMC just dropped the biggest single-day enforcement action against oil and gas operators in over a decade: 157 Notices of Alleged Violation, nearly double the previous record set in 2018. We’re talking no proof of insurance, no license to operate, and no contributions to the fund meant to clean up their own industry’s mess. 43 operators checked all three boxes at once.
