All premium content, including, but not limited to, all 6+ CE courses and play therapy courses are excluded. Accounts cannot be paused under normal circumstances. 

For live courses, simply add the course to your cart and checkout (free, included in subscription) at least two weeks (14 days) in advance and earlier to ensure your spot. To add an included webinar or on-demand webinar to your account, simply login through your account, select the training, add to cart and then checkout (free, included in subscription). Note: All premium courses are excluded from the subscription and this includes most Play Therapy courses on the site. A  coupon code is available to subscribers for most of these premium courses upon request. Pricing is locked in for one year and is subject to our yearly renewal offer for users to decline or accept. No, the name you place in the purchase name line, is the only person who can watch, attend, participate and receive completion certificates. This cannot be transferred to anyone else once activated.

For subscriptions, you have 30 days to check out any of our courses. If you feel, for any reason, that our courses do not meet your needs, simply call or email us and you will receive a full refund. Note, once you fill out an assessment form and receive a completion certificate, your purchase is no longer refundable, neither in full nor in part. Once we issue you credits, they cannot be retracted and thus no refund is possible. For extenuating circumstances, please email or call us and we will be happy to hear you out.

All non-premium trainings/play therapy found in our bundles/packages can be accessed via your yearly plan, depending on your plan purchased. If the individual courses are included, then the bundle would be able to be added as well.

Great question! All plans are for one calendar year duration from the date of purchase. At checkout, you are billed that day for the exact amount showing in your cart. The plan remains active and will auto-renew until you cancel. Pricing subject to yearly review which you can accept or reject and cancel.

Special offers for timely renewal and full payment will be offerred on occasion. Once canceled or elapsed due to non-payment, to sign up again, you would only have access to current prices and promotions. Core Wellness reserves the right to change the price of subscriptions after the initial one year, and you will have the option to renew or cancel.

All 1-6 CE courses, excluding premium and play therapy courses, are included unless clearly written on the landing page. Overall, for the past 8 years, about 50-75% of all on-demand and live webinar courses were included. Subscriptions do not include live in person trainings.

Almost every live training that we offer is also available via on-demand (pending approval by the presenter and technology performance). All plans exclude in person trainings and some special virtual events may be excluded (marked clearly on the landing page). There can be occasional exceptions of trainings, master series or special speakers that are not included (they are marked clearly as excluded.) Most bundles are included as well as long as the individual courses are included.
