Happy Hannukah!

My Canada Day was quiet and nice. While I didn't celebrate that, I did celebrate the birthdays of my mother and my best friend M who share the date. (Coincidentally, my dad's is today, but we won't celebrate that 'til we're both back in town next week.)

However, I'm off to NYC in the morning to visit the wonderful nariya. So very excited. Plus I shall have the supreme pleasure of being dwarfed by regala_electra. *G*

Last time I was in New York I was 13 and it was for a choir trip/concert which was amazing but a lot of the memories are fuzzy at best. This time, I plan to actually use the camera I'm bringing. (Okay, so I'm under orders to do...)

So, to my American friends, have a happy July 4th. I'm looking forward to celebrating with you!
