Our cask-finished malt spirit.

An English coffee liqueur using locally dark-roasted beans, selected and slowly cold brewed by our Head Distiller before being blended with our Kentish farm to glass grain spirit.

The result is a rich and bold liqueur with the creaminess of vodka, with chocolate orange and hazelnut notes and a dark chocolate finish.

Our citrus forward, refreshing and light vodka made as the perfect complement to Dockyard Gin.

The magic happens when we add whole, fresh strawberries harvested the same day from a local farm and leave them in peace to impart their colour and their aroma.
