To add your own custom foods tap the 'Add' button top-right within the food list. You need to provide a name, a volume value and a weight with appropriate units of your choice. It is common to specify 1 cup in volume and its corresponding weight in ounces or grams. When finished, tap 'Done' the food will be saved. You will see all your foods listed in the alphabetically sorted list with a label marked "(User)".
