What to Expect: The Context Approach
Your first visit is 60 minutes. Here's exactly what happens.
STEP 1: BOOK & PREPARE
Complete your patient questionnaire online. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Your first session is 60 minutes.
STEP 2: ASSESS & TREAT
We'll take a comprehensive history, evaluate your movement, deliver manual therapy, and give you a personalised exercise program to take home.
STEP 3: PROGRESS & ADAPT
Follow your plan between sessions. We'll track progress and adjust treatment as you improve. Your recovery timeline depends on complexity.
