My CC is Container Centralen’s online self-service platform. It allows you to manage your CC Containers, view your balances, handle contracts, and arrange collections, returns, and transfers — all in one place.

and log in using your registered email address and password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register using your customer number.
Our customer service desk can support you with creating a collection, return or exchange when the system is not working.
Yes. Several colleagues can have access under the same company account. Each user can have individual logins and permissions.
My CC saves time by letting you manage all your CC material online — from planning collections and returns to viewing balances and contracts. It reduces admin work and gives you visibility without waiting for manual confirmations.
Currently we do not have validation times, your transactions are accepted immediately. You can request a transaction through My CC and the system will show you in real time the dates and depots available for your request.
Yes it is possible to cancel a planned transaction. On the Home screen in My CC you select the respective order that you would like to cancel. By clicking on the small green arrow on the right you can display the transaction details. At the bottom of the transaction details you find the option “Retract request”. By confirming this you cancel the order.
Yes, it is possible to view and work on several CC accounts with just one login. Please contact us (CC) with the account names you would like us to add and we will run authorization checks before we will add these to your user account.
Not directly. If the amount of transactions between the customer and CC is high CC will offer a API connect service.
In My CC you can choose your preferred depot and the date you want to return the items. If you are unable to arrive on your chosen date, please update your booking to a new date. If you do not arrive on the booked date, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
In the upper menu there is a Contact button and there you can find the phone number and email for assistance in your language.
