This free consulting invoice template in Excel format is a general purpose bill form that could be used for hourly charges and flat fees such as equipment or parts or setup fees. The Excel formulas calculates totals and taxes automatically, so you don't have to do that manually.
This template now uses Excel themed colors which enables you to change the color theme easily. To do this, unprotect the worksheet by clicking the "Unprotect Sheet" on Excel "Review" ribbon tab. Then, go to the "Page Layout" ribbon tab, try the options and commands in the "Themes" group. With a few mouse clicks, you'll have your very own invoice format that is specific to your consultancy business.
This is a pure-Excel simple invoice form with no VBA macro attached. You can create beautiful invoices by fill in the form, but this is all what it does. If you need more, such as generating sequential invoice numbers based on a database value, emailing invoices in PDF format, reporting etc., install Invoice Manager to turn the pure-Excel template to a powerful invoicing software program.
