STUDENT REVIEWS
"I learned the most from the discussion. I liked the discussion topics. The change orders were the best part of the discussions. Reading everyone’s posts was nice. My perspective on each module broadened after reading the posts in the discussions. They were quite a few posts and comments that changed my thought process on problem solving for that case study. "(Link 103)
"I learned the most on the self-tests, as those granted hands on experience. While the quizzes did the same thing, the self-tests really made me dig deep into the blueprints and become accustomed to looking for various clues that would give me the information that I needed." (Link 103)
"I like the information that was used in the lectures---I was very confused about the math equations for the hw assignments, but was happy to have a great professor to help explain the equations and how to use each one of them for each hw assignment." (Link 108)
"This course came at a good time for me in our projects. It is something I share with our whole team so they can learn the affects of a proper schedule. It was a good semester and learned a lot from all participants. Seeing everyone collaborating and discussing the topics really help you understand what it is you are reading." (LInk 205)
"This course will help me out a lot in my current job because it filled in a lot of areas that I was unfamiliar with. I’ve seen from experience how these courses and certifications can really help to advance someone’s career. After I completed the courses for my Construction Estimating Certification and then added it to my resume, there was an increase in the number of calls that I received for employment opportunities." (Link 308)
"The course has allowed me to develop in my current role. I have been able to apply the skills I’ve acquired in this course on my project. I’m fortunate to be in a position to learn and directly apply technical skills. I feel more confident when working with my colleagues and subcontractors. This was a course to build my foundational skills in construction. L. Lee-Hill." (Link 308)
