Backed by a group of leading economists, researchers, and academics, Constellation’s metrics allow us to project the long-term health and income benefits of direct-service poverty interventions, or programs, which are compared against costs to create a benefit-cost ratio, or BCR. The benefits in these return-on-investment analyses come from the measurable poverty-fighting impact that evidence indicates will be created as a direct result of Constellation’s investments into our grantee partners.
