His passion for technology ignited early on and has since guided his successful career in the IT industry. With a keen interest in exploring the complexities of computer systems, Alex has built a robust expertise that spans various facets of IT services and management.

Ben Rodriguez

Web Designer & Developer

With 7 years of experience in web design, Ben has been an integral part of Connect SWFL since September 2019. Ben thrives on the creative blend of art and logic in web design to create compelling digital experiences. Supporting local businesses while expanding his knowledge fuels his passion for Connect SWFL. The collaborative environment allows him to bounce ideas off his colleagues, making the entire process even more rewarding.

Avery Jordan

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Avery embarked on her digital marketing journey by assisting a non-profit with their social media initiatives. Her involvement quickly expanded to include fundraising campaigns and website management, experiences that cemented her passion for connecting with people and empowering local businesses. Avery joined Connect SWFL in May 2024, eager to leverage her skills and enthusiasm to help businesses thrive in the digital landscape.

Bucket List: Encountering her favorite marine life in the wild, specifically – whale sharks, black-tip sharks, and a bloom of moon jellies.

Hobbies: Avery enjoys getting lost in a good book or captivating TV show. She loves immersing herself in nature, whether it’s paddleboarding , an exhilarating scuba dive, a camping adventure, or simply relaxing at the beach.

Steven Mckee

IT Technician

Steven is passionate about helping others overcome the technical issues that slow down their day. Whether it’s troubleshooting a network interruption glitch or resolving a remote connectivity problem, he finds fulfillment in fixing the kinds of challenges that can sometimes bring work to a halt. His IT journey began at a help desk, where he quickly realized how much he enjoyed being the go-to problem solver. Motivated by a desire to build a stable, flexible career for his family —and a lifelong fascination with computers—Steven earned his Information Technology Support certification and hasn’t looked back. At Connect SWFL, he values the variety of clients he supports and takes pride in lifting up local businesses through reliable tech solutions.

Bucket List: Steven dreams of visiting all 50 states and exploring landscapes around the world, with countries like Italy, Japan, Germany, and Greece high on his list. He’s drawn to the adventure of travel and the calm it can bring.

Hobbies: A fan of immersive stories, Steven enjoys both video games and books—particularly those that explore fantastical worlds or dive into the depths of history and power. Above all, he cherishes spending time with his family.
