Megan Zaragoza, LVN
Surrogacy Coordinator
Megan is a seasoned fertility nurse who sits at the helm of Conception Fertility after a decade in the field. She has helped countless patients achieve their dream of having a child. She began her fertility career prior to obtaining her nursing degree as a clinical coordinator for patients navigating their fertility journeys.
Following her own fertility journey, Megan refocused her work to solely assist patients in the third party reproductive space. She is an expert in the areas of egg donation and gestational surrogacy having assisted patients on their journeys for the last decade. Megan is passionate about making the pathway to parenthood accessible to all.
Megan and her family live in the Bay Area.
Allison Chamberlaine, RN
Surrogacy Coordinator
Allison has been in the field of women’s health for 35 years. She has particular expertise in the field of third party reproduction. Allison started her career in Southern California with Dr. Marrs in 1990. She has been trained by Dr. Alice Domar to teach Mind /Body classes and did so from 2003-2011. She went on to develop and coordinate the Third Party Reproduction programs at Pacific Fertility Center and most recently at UCSF from 2011-2017. With attention to detail and the compassion that guarantees success for the intended parents and donors/surrogates, Allison loves what she does.
Ann Deguire
Intake Coordinator
Ann coordinates screening for potential egg donors and works with intended parents to identify the best donor match for them. She is eager to support families on their fertility journeys, bringing compassion and expertise to her work. She is committed to providing personalized care, ensuring that every patient feels heard and understood. She looks forward to contributing her skills to help patients achieve their dreams of building a family.
Danielle Lane, MD
Medical Consultant
Dr. Danielle Lane is an esteemed Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist. Dr. Lane provides medical oversight to the Conception Fertility team, which offers a full scope of concierge-level care, including donor egg, embryo, and surrogacy options, along with comprehensive family planning. She serves patients throughout the Northern California area and beyond. Dr. Lane began seeing patients at the Marin Community Center and is committed to providing access to parenthood for individuals and families of all backgrounds. In addition, she is the founder of the Fertility Lane Donor Egg and Sperm Bank, which provides the most diverse donor database in the country.
Dr. Lane attended McGill University, earning a B.Sc in Physiology before completing her medical training at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She opened the Center for Reproductive Health at Kaiser Permanente in Napa-Solano.
