Code of Conduct

inDrive is committed to maintaining a high level of integrity and complying with laws and regulations protecting ethical principles. Adhering to laws, regulations, and ethical standards supports sustainable business growth and creates a foundation for long-term achievements. Our key rules, responsibilities, and policies are outlined in the inDrive Code of Conduct. It sets out the expectations and requirements that apply to all company employees and third parties who follow inDrive’s core principles in their daily work. The Code of Conduct forms the basis of our compliance approach and reflects our commitment to high standards of corporate behavior and integrity. Whistleblower system

One of the main components of our compliance program at inDrive involves fostering a "Speak Up" culture. We are honest and speak up if something is not right. This open corporate culture not only strengthens cooperation within the team, but also serves as the basis of our Whistleblower system. We encourage team members to exercise their responsibilities and help maintain our strong defenses. inDrive employees are made aware of their responsibilities as potential whistleblowers, and are assured that they will not face any form of retaliation for intervening, reporting, or supporting an investigation.

Integrity Line

The Integrity Line is a confidential service for reporting violations of applicable law and/or internal policies and procedures at inDrive. Employees and third parties can report concerns through this service. Incoming reports are triaged and directed to the proper team for investigation. The Integrity Line is available 24/7 in most languages and reports can be anonymous. inDrive encourages the reporting of presumed or existing compliance violations, including corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, unethical behavior, discrimination, harassment, and other violations of applicable laws, the Code of Conduct, and compliance policies
