Complex numbers is a mathematical term referring to a number of the form a+bi. Where a and b are real numbers and i is the so-called imaginary unit equal to -1 when squared.
I chose this name as a homage to my long time nemesis and one of my two current majors, mathematics. My icon journal's title was chosen to match. you can find that over here.

Audrey Hepburn rocks. I'm not sure if you know this. She is truly one of the most inspiring actresses I've ever had the pleasure of watching in a film. This image of her encapsulates a lot of the feelings I have toward my journal, and I think sets the tone nicely.
ABOUT ME
I'm a college student, currently on her third school (odd story). I love fantasy novels, but am widely read in a variety of genres. I'm a big fan of music; ska, jazz, and techno being my favorites. Again however, I like a little from every genre. Politically, I lean toward the conservative viewpoint, but am a Libertarian at the core. I'm a cynic and sarcastic, but really a nice person (my roommate will testify to it!)
In my spare time I draw, photoshop, and do crossword puzzles. Most of my art is anime inspired with a major fantasy feel. If I ever got off my butt to post, you could find it over at my deviantART page.
