What are Care Nights?

On Tuesday evenings we will be hosting a Care Night to provide support, encouragement and prayer for our community. The way we care for each other is an important part of how we “align our lives to the way of Jesus.”

Care nights will run in two sessions throughout the year, each anchored by a more formal program, while also offering less formal drop-ins and support groups.

GriefShare Support

Next Session: this Fall

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief.

Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way

Caregiver Support

for those who support loved ones with mental illness

Tuesdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm

This support group is designed for family members – spouses, children, parents, and siblings who provide care for those facing mental health challenges. We will talk about the  topics that affect our lives, and offer a listening ear for our shared experiences.
