Bill Haynes
Chief Business Development OfficerWilliam L. Haynes, Chief Business Development Officer, brings over 30 years of experience in the securities industry working with private and public growth companies. He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida with additional studies in Economics. Haynes experience consist of over 10 years as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch, UBS which includes institutional trading and investment banking.
In the early 1990’s, Mr. Haynes was responsible for over a billion dollars in bond arbitrage and IPO placements. He has worked in venture capital with principle offices in London, Toronto and Florida. Haynes has had business relationships in over 30 countries.
Mr. Haynes has been a principle in countless mergers and acquisitions while being responsible for successfully leading several companies as a principal investor and advisor to list their company’s initial public offering ( IPO). Haynes presently owns and operates a successful Management Consulting, Digital Media Placement and Marketing company.
