To connect to the Discord chat from the website, simply follow the instructions provided in the Discord Access section.

Navigate to the Discord Tab: Go to the “Discord” tab from your account settings page, or find it at the bottom of the “My Account” home page.

    1. Click on “Connect with Discord”: Press the “Connect with Discord” button to begin.
    2. Login to Discord: You’ll need to log in to your Discord account, or create one if you don’t already have it.

    1. Authorize Access: You will be asked to authorize access to the AllInCrypto channel. Click “Authorize” to connect to the Discord group.
  1. Log in to your AllInCrypto account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Account” section.
  3. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
  4. Find your current subscription and click the “Update Payment” button.
  5. Enter your new payment details and confirm the changes.

Your payment method will be updated immediately, and all future billing will use the new information. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

 
 

    1. Log in to your AllInCrypto account.
    2. Go to the “My Account” section.
    3. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
    4. Locate your active subscription and click the “Cancel” button.

    Your subscription will be canceled immediately. However, you will retain access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

     
    1. How to View and Download Your Invoices:

      1. Log in to your AllInCrypto account.
      2. Go to the “My Account” section.
      3. Select “Payments” from the menu.
      4. Find the specific invoice you need and click “Download PDF” to save it.

      If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your invoices, contact our support team for assistance.

     
  1. Log in to your AllInCrypto account and navigate to “My Account.”
  2. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
  3. Click “Change Plan.”
  4. Choose the new subscription plan you’re interested in.
  5. Proceed to the payment process to finalize your upgrade.

Once your payment is successful, your subscription will be upgraded, and you’ll have immediate access to the new plan’s features.

The Home Dashboard is your central hub for accessing the latest updates from AllinCrypto. From here, you can explore:

  • Recent Publications: Stay up-to-date with the newest articles, videos, podcast episodes, chart setups, and more.
  • Menu Navigation: On the left-hand side, you’ll find an easy-to-use menu that allows you to access various sections of the platform, such as the portfolio, price predictions, and more.
  • Calendar: Use the integrated calendar on the side to navigate through time and find older videos, articles, or other publications.
  • Notification Bell: Located at the top, the notification bell ensures you never miss out on the latest updates by sending alerts for any content you might have overlooked.

Please note that AllInCrypto does not offer refunds on subscription plans. Once payment is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Monthly Plans: Renew automatically every month on your billing date.
  • Yearly Plans: Renew automatically every year on your billing date.

If you’re unable to access the courses, it’s likely because you are on a monthly subscription. Our course library is exclusively available to members with a Yearly subscription. Upgrading to a Yearly subscription unlocks the AllInCrypto Academy, granting you access to:

  • Current Courses: Gain full access to all the courses currently offered in the Academy.
  • New Courses: Stay ahead of the curve as new courses are regularly added, keeping your knowledge and skills up-to-date.

If your subscription has expired, you can still log in to your account, navigate to the subscription section, and click “Re-subscribe.” After completing the payment process, you’ll regain access to all your membership benefits.

If you experience any issues with the platform or encounter difficulties accessing certain features, please submit a support ticket. Our support team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
