    Founder/Strategy Director

    Cara is a right + left brain entrepreneur who builds powerful brands by creating links between people and experiences. As a strategic marketer, Cara uses her breadth of knowledge to develop integrated communications programs that help her clients succeed.

    Cara has an AB from Vassar College and an MBA from Babson College. Cara is a frequent lecturer on branding and her work has earned numerous Hermes, Davey, Marcomm, Association of Graphic Communications, Digital Signage and New England Museum Association Awards.

    Cara volunteers her time on numerous boards including Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (Executive Committee, Governance Chair and DEI Committee member), Prep at Pingree (DEI Committee), Essex County Women’s Fund (Grant Allocation Committee, past Vice Chair), Northshore Chamber of Commerce (Thrive Council), and Lahey Hospital (Women’s Health Initiative).

    As Projects Director, Cazzy brings over 25 years of experience to manage our team and client projects. With her deep digital and graphic design expertise, Cazzy helps clients grow their businesses by building effective websites that support their marketing goals.

    Cazzy has a passion for creating clean, modern, and user-focused digital experiences. She specializes in blending visual design with functionality to help businesses and individuals establish a strong online presence.

    Cazzy is a graduate of the University of Maine and continued her design and marketing education at the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston.

    Cazzy volunteers her time running local horse shows for kids and beginner riders. She has also volunteered at Windrush Farm, a therapeutic riding center in North Andover, Ma., working with children with disabilities and veterans.

    Scott has spent the last 19 years building a portfolio of more than 100 dynamic websites for companies all across the United States. He specializes in website design, E-commerce, social media management, search engine optimization, and online brand building.

    Scott continues to utilize his expertise to develop state of the art, mobile friendly, industry leading and award winning websites as well as effective social media marketing and Google Adwords campaigns.

    Nicole has experience working for both nonprofit and corporate organizations. Nicole has 20 years of experience specializing in print and digital layout and visual identity design. She is passionate about taking complex ideas and turning them into simple, clean and beautiful designs.

    Nicole studied fine arts and design at Boston University where she received her BFA in graphic design.

    People who have worked with Nicole know that she has a strong work ethic, a high personal standard of performance, a client-focused mindset and always calm under pressure.

    Her strengths have allowed her to provide her clients with guidance in identifying their design needs, and in delivering to them high quality design solutions.

    Emily is a graphic designer and brand strategist who loves collaborating with clients and using a bold color palette. She is a graduate of the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. Some of her favorite past clients include National Grid, Amway, Walmart, and the Javits Center.

    Emily grew up in the restaurant industry, so she is a major foodie. When she’s not designing, she’s most likely snacking! You can always find her trying out new brunch spots, or at home perfecting her sweet and spicy noodle recipe.

    Chris brings over two decades of creative expertise to the Comm.Ink team. He previously served as the Creative Director of Salem Five Bank. There he contributed to the overall strategic planning and execution of the Bank’s marketing efforts in order to meet the company’s business objectives and advance the bank’s brand. His background in print and digital design enable him to lead the development of effective branding and advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms.

    German is a dynamic leader, expertly bridging the worlds of video marketing and business development. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Lawrence, MA, German pursued music and business administration at Gordon College before excelling in roles at tech giants like Apple and HubSpot. In these positions, he gained in-depth experience in marketing, small business dynamics, and customer service. German specializes in video production and social media management.

    Social Media Specialist

    Meagan Towne is a Social Media Specialist who is attending Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, where she is completing her degree in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising—one year ahead of schedule—with graduation anticipated in May 2026.

    She joined Comm.Ink as an intern in September 2025 and has experience working with nonprofit organizations. Meagan manages social media platforms, creates daily content, and updates website content for our clients. Meagan enjoys using her creativity to develop content with a strong “wow” factor and pairs that creativity with analytical thinking to evaluate what works, what doesn’t, and how to improve digital performance.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and relaxing with a good romance novel.
