Notes: It's been so long since I've made a fanvid, but this one's been bothering me for a while. I love this show. I'm probably gonna make more fanvids. Just gotta find more songs that work.

 

DEAR FLIST. (anyone planning on writing me while I'm gone.)

Make sure they know not to send you any gifts or "care packages" during basic training. That'll just involve you getting yelled at by your T.I., and it will then be thrown away (if parishable), or put away in the storage area until you graduate from basic, if its not parishable (either way, you'll get chewed out, and maybe even have to do several push-ups). Also, keep in mind that the T.I. hands out mail to everyone at the same time, during evening "mail call," and they have a very bad habit of reading anything in "public view," so it's not a good idea to write "funny" or "cute" messages on the outside of envelopes, nor is it a good idea to send post cards, unless you want everyone in your flight to hear it.

Starting Friday, I've had sort of a--binge on Torchwood. Starting with Series one, episode one, I watched every single episode of Torchwood.
I just finished Children of Earth.

I spent the last half of part four, sobbing like a brat, while experiencing 'aftershocks' throughout part five. I have now completed my goal, and I just feel--numb.

'Cause I mean, shit. That mini-series tore out my soul, slammed it to the ground, and stomped it like bubble wrap. Even though CoE was bloody fucking tragic (and killed every single one of my favorite characters), it was also brilliant. Anything that could make me just shake and sputter and cry like that deserves everything. Just--fucking wow.
My dad walked in, sometime after I finished part four, and I was a wreck. I couldn't even pull myself together enough to explain to him what had happened. And it feels really stupid, I feel really pathetic--but that's what it does to you. D: THIS SHOW HAS NO SHAME, NO LIMITS. IT WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO DISTURB YOU AND MAKE YOU CRY. IT IS JUST THAT GOOD. And I'm sure many people will agree with me, and I'm sure there are some who won't. It has it's downsides, sure, what show doesn't, but overall, it's just--I'm glad I wasted my weekend to watch it.

I'm sure whoever looks at my mass tweet entries will see my liveblog of todays events. Y'know--if you weren't there.

lol, So there was this anon meme journal called anon_trek that someone created where people could basically wank about other people and everything else _ST related. There were some pretty hurtful things being said, and they were attacking some actually nice people.

I posted one of the comments on twitter and everyone else started reading and loling and raging at what some of the anons were saying. And after a while, I made a random comment about deciding to just spam the entry with ridiculous, irrelevant wank. Naturally, we all jumped all over that chance.

After a whole page of spamming ridiculous shit, the person actually DELETED THE ACCOUNT.
I managed to screencap some of the stuff that was in the page I had left open. I'm here to pic spam them in random order. Enjoy. Lol. Be merry.
