You must be a USYD student to participate.
Project and Submission Requirements

Provide a public link to your Git repository with version history maintained. Private repositories may result in reduced marks if judges cannot access them.

Include a concise description of your project and its key features.

Submit a demo video (maximum 3 minutes) showcasing your project. This can be reused for the final judging round if you progress, or you may choose to pitch live to the judges.

List any open-source or third-party resources used during development.

Add a brief summary of each team member’s role and contributions to the project.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Creativity & Connection to theme (25%) – Is the project unique, creative, and inspired by nature?

Impact (20%) – Does it meaningfully contribute to the world ahead of us?

Execution (40%) – How well is the idea brought to life? Does the prototype/demo work? Is the UI easy to navigate and understand?

Presentation (15%) – Is the project clearly explained and easy to understand?
