For me, probably Baldi, because Miss Delight stops moving if a light shines on her, meanwhile Baldi doesn't do that. But yet again, Baldi slaps his ruler and apparently has a few second cool down before he slaps it again. BUT, the more notebooks you collect, the more faster Baldi starts going.
