her name is Akira tsyugui her quirk is cosmic she has multiple quirks quirk 1: cosmic bloom she can release a cosmics looking gas from her body there's 2 types of gas. gas 1: she can weaken a quirk but she has a diamond on her forehead the smaller the diamond is the weaker the gas she release is. gas 2 she can heal with her gas the process is fast but the the bigger the injury (like broken bones and serious blood loss )the more energy it takes . but she has to look at the person or know their name to use the gas on the specific person if she doesn't focus on the person everyone will get affected by the gas and over use may cause injuries. 2nd quirk would be a booster quirk she can boost her speed and strength. 3 quirk she can create a galaxy force filled. quirk 4 Cosmic Weaver allows the user to generate and manipulate threads of pure starlight. These threads are incredibly strong and flexible, capable of binding, restraining, or creating intricate constructs. The user can extend these threads from their fingertips, and they shimmer with a faint, multifaceted glow, reminiscent of distant nebulae. The strength and reach of these threads are directly tied to the user's focus and emotional state, with moments of intense concentration allowing for greater control and durability.
