if you want to join OCamp follow these rules
1. no nekos
2.if there is a rule called sign ups shutdown that means you cant join but you are welcome to ask if you can be part of a debut
3. no dhyego because of the nekos and humans
4. you can be anything to join like rooms bfdi etc etc
