hey! quick notice for the like. one or two people who like this AU!!

I've decided to seperate Lightfall from cookie run. Not because of anything with Devsis, it's just that I think that it's easier (and better for me) to make it not in that universe. All the characters I've made will still be in the story, and will get new sprites and stuff when i figure out names for them. The lore will basically be the same as before, just with new things to replace the cr stuff lol..

i suppose this is like an infodump thing??? specifically about the oracle they're my little guy!!
okay so first off, their form thats in the sprites and their ref isn't their actual body, its just their spirit. idk how they ended up getting their spirit seperated rn, maybe they just seemed dead enough that the spirit could leave?? anyways thats why there's a soulstone peaking out in the sprites when one of their arms are raised! "why is the soulstone not showing through the cloak then?" uhhh good question, mr stawman!! one solution i made up like today is that it's not a part of their soul and its just like,,, an embodiment of shadow that just decided to cling onto them because they're oh so evil and oh so edgy. just realized that would also introduce some problems with the chain hhhh,,, i mean the stuff hanging from the chains isn't real because the oracle like,,, altered their soulcore so that it projected it so the stories lined up??? so idk i'm still gonna have to figure that out
the like insane amount of yapping up there was meant to be like an explanation for a small little idea i had my goodness- i mean the idea was just that they could make the stuff on the chains "come alive" for the pure fear factor it would bring. like ESPECIALLY with the crystal one, since it would resemble an actual cookie
uh yeah thats the infodump, also i feel like drawing that idea now

fun fact! garum cookie's soulcore is in his latern holding staff thing and thats what make the fire :D

snake fangs (and also snake tounge but its. in their mouth.) - rick riordan hasn't failed me yet, so i'm pretty sure snakes were a symbol of oracle-ness coming from caves n stuff in ancient greek mythology
mistletoe - in norse mythology, loki made hodur kill baldur (god of truth and light) with an arrow made of mistletoe because it was the only thing frigg didn't beg to spare baldur. also the position is meant to cover the private part areas because of that one part of genesis where adam and eve ate the apple and then covered those parts in leaves or something like that because they were ashamed of being naked
goat legs - the devil is usually depicted with goat legs (also scapegoat stuff)
crow tail - idk where it originated but my 6th grade writing teacher said that seeing a crow when you woke up meant something bad was going to happen that day so uhh yeah

there's two more but they're spoilery of the plot twist lol- though i can say that the two crystals hanging from the oracle's hair are meant to represent them and tdo (the green and yellow one respectively), and the crown is meant to resemble the divine one's halo
