fun fact! the planet that mindhack takes place on has not invented therapy yet. This is canon. They haven't invented therapy yet 😭

why are most of the mindhack characterrs have either
1. Absent parents (Unid, SINO and implied to be Newbie's father)
2. Is a parent that never saw their kids grow up (in hugo's case)
3. Has awful parents (Rebecca Thorne and Ivrig Yanamura)
4. Lost all contact with their parents (Doctor)

i would add backgrounds soon but i cant get any good screenshots of the backgrounds without people and Vodkademo (Mindhack's devs) have a policy on not to rip the sprites out of the game so i have to crop the images from screenshots

the fact that Unid doesn't even know what his parents looked like at all (and that you have to type out the words UNWANTED CHILD near the end of his mindhack) brings the implication that he wasn't even a child when he was abandoned and now im sad
