Leo Purcell established Comarm Solutions in 2008 to advise securities dealers on compliance and risk management issues.  He operated the company for two years and found that business owners had a real need for senior experts who could apply their hands-on experience to compliance and regulatory challenges.  Leo re-launched the business in early 2015, and over the next 24 months he assembled a team of experts who can advise Comarm’s clients with practical and cost-effective guidance.  Comarm’s team of senior experts has over 100 years of combined experience serving the Canadian investment industry in compliance and regulation.
