Hiiii. Remember me? Yeah. Abandoned LJ, the internet really, these past few months. Truth is, things in real life have been crazy. And they're about to get crazier as I leave tomorrow for Argentina, to spend the next couple of months. Going to work with an NGO over there this summer vacation. Hopefully I'll make a post about it tonight, and about my super interesting opinions on Fringe and Harry Potter (um, better late than never?)

notes: I don't know how much this counts as a trope, but as far as recurring themes go, this is my favorite one. I had half a mind to do this from the moment valhalla37 posted her request at lostsquee and the Goodbye spam challenge at jjverse gave me the necessary push. So, pushed into motion by a deadline and moved by the belief that some gestures can communicate better than words (and with a trusty pack of Kleenex beside me), I bring you this. Pay attention to the hands and hopefully you'll see what I mean.
