We Can Help You
Divorce Differently
Every Divorce is Different
But it doesn’t have to be nearly as difficult as you might have been led to believe. Rather than “taking sides,” your team of skilled Illinois Collaborative Divorce Professionals work together to support your journey through the emotional, financial, and legal aspects of your changing circumstances.
What is Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative Divorce works through a series of meetings between you, your spouse, and your Collaborative Team. These meetings are held in private offices – not in public court rooms! During the meetings, you and your spouse will gather information, identify your goals and concerns, and negotiate a settlement that works for both of you.
Is The Collaborative Process For Me?
The divorce process doesn’t have to be nearly as difficult as you might have been led to believe. Rather than “taking sides,” your team of skilled Illinois Collaborative Divorce Professionals work together to support your journey through the emotional, financial, and legal aspects of your changing circumstances.

Attorneys
A collaborative divorce attorney will be focused on helping you negotiate a settlement, rather than fight a battle. They will help educate you and will help you navigate the legal issues that exist in your divorce.

Divorce Coaches
Your Collaborative Divorce Coach will help you and your spouse recognize, negotiate and communicate your emotions, feelings and mental health concerns throughout the entire divorce process.

Child Specialists
If you’re divorcing and have children, you are likely concerned about the impact of your divorce on your children. Regardless of your children’s ages, divorce is a time of change and can be stressful.

Finance Professionals
Your divorce financial specialist will typically either be a Certified Divorce Financial Planner (CDFP) or a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). In the Collaborative Process your financial specialist is neutral.
