Collaborative Construction Solutions formally commenced on the 14th February 2014, led by Managing Director, Todd Bacon. The key objective of the company was to create and promote a better way of undertaking the building and construction process. The name Collaborative was specifically chosen to clearly tell clients, contractors, suppliers and staff “this is how we feel projects are best delivered”. Todd knew from firsthand experience that the most successful projects were the projects where the entire project team; the client, the architect, the project manager, the engineers, and the builder all pulled together as one team and worked towards the common goal.
Collaborative was created to provide a flexible and adaptive building and construction service that prioritises strong working relationships with our clients and strong client involvement in their projects to ensure the final result not only meets the client’s needs, but provides them the best value for money result, while at the same time making the building process a positive experience.
