How can I contact you?

How can I register?

Using the registration form available on the official Online Registration page. The registration form is usually activated 2-3 months before the event.

When will I receive my badge?

After your registration is approved, a QR code will be generated and sent to the email address provided during registration. The QR code should be exchanged for a badge at the Reception desk on site during the trade fair.

Is registration paid?

A free ticket to the trade fair is available for people directly connected with the food industry. Representatives of other industries may purchase a ticket for 369 PLN.

Are there food outlets on site?

Yes, there is a restaurant on the trade fair grounds.

Is there a cloakroom at the trade fair?

Yes, the cloakroom is paid and costs 5 PLN. It is located in the main hall of the exhibition venue.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is a parking area directly next to the EXPO XXI halls. Parking is paid:

  • first hour – 8 PLN
  • each additional hour – 8 PLN
  • full day – 100 PLN
How do I get to the trade fair?

Getting to EXPO XXI Warsaw is very convenient and possible in several ways. The easiest way is to take trams 10 or 11 to the PKP Wola (Kasprzaka) stop, which is just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can also take buses 105, 136, 167, 178, 184, 186 or 523 and get off at the PKP Wola, Szpital Wolski or Parafialna stops.

Another good option is the metro – get off at Rondo Daszyńskiego and then take a tram, bus or walk.

The nearest station is Warszawa Zachodnia, located about a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking for cars is also available on site.

Until when can a stand be booked?

Stands can be booked until one month before the trade fair, however we recommend applying as early as possible due to the limited availability of attractive locations.

What is the minimum stand size?

The minimum stand size is 9 m². In exceptional cases, 6 m² stands or stands in the so-called shared zone are also available.

Can I count on your technical support when preparing my stand?

Yes, our technical department is at your disposal. It is worth using their support to present yourself at the trade fair in the best possible way and optimise costs. If you have any questions, please contact: [email protected]

Do you offer marketing services?

Yes, we have prepared a wide range of marketing services for Exhibitors. Check the marketing services catalogue!

Can marketing materials be printed through you?

Yes, our technical department can provide you with an offer for the production of marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, please contact: [email protected]

Can the stand be wrapped with marketing materials through you?

Yes, our technical department offers stand wrapping and installation of all kinds of marketing materials. If you have any additional questions, please contact: [email protected]

How many entry passes does an exhibitor receive?

An exhibitor receives one entry pass for every 3 m² of stand space.

How can I access Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi codes (in the quantity specified in the contract) will be available at the Exhibitor Registration point located in the main hall. If the Exhibitor did not have a Wi-Fi code included in the contract, or if the number of codes is insufficient, additional codes can be purchased at the registration point.
