We stand behind our work with an unconditional 30-day warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your ring for any reason, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

This process includes removing material—such as cutting a hole in the coin—which alters its weight and form. As such, we do not guarantee the weight or market value of the metal used in any piece.

When you purchase from Coin Ring by Kai, you are buying unique, wearable art, not a collectible coin or its melt value. Each ring is represented accurately in the photos and videos on our website.
