CogStack Cohorting tools allow fast exploration of structured terms identified and contextualised by CogStack NLP
Clinical Language AI
Natural Language Processing (NLP) models trained and fine-tuned on millions of real-world clinical records “read” electronic health (EHR) records converting them into interoperable codes for cohorting, registries and audits.
EHR De-Identification
Clinical language AI for redacting sensitive healthcare personally identifiable information (PII) from text records, whilst maintaining the meaning of the text allowing supporting wider secondary use (e.g. clinical research / service improvement).
Clinical Coding
