We operate with both pricing models to best serve your project needs. Fixed Price works well for projects with well-defined scope, such as simple website implementations or projects with clearly outlined deliverables.

Time & Material (billing based on time invested in your project, paid on – for example – a recurring monthly basis) is typically reserved for larger, long-term projects involving multiple development cycles. This model gives you the flexibility to react to user feedback, client needs, or business changes almost instantly.

Regardless of the pricing model you choose, we provide detailed time estimations for every project component. Our quotes are based on these estimations and our hourly rates, ensuring complete transparency about budget needs.

We use a pre-paid system where you purchase hours upfront. Once you approve our estimation, we’ll prepare an electronic order form with your chosen time package and provide access via a secure link. This straightforward approach ensures clear expectations and smooth project progression.

Development time packages are valid for 4 months, ensuring focused project progression while maintaining flexibility. Any unused hours can be allocated to other development tasks of your choice within this timeframe.

The formal process is quite straightforward and consists of three simple steps:

  1. We prepare an electronic order form containing the service description, quotation and provide you with a unique URL to access this document.
  2. Once you accept the order, you’ll receive an automatic proforma invoice with all payment details.
  3. After we receive your payment, we’ll send you the formal invoice (accounting document), and we’re ready to start the project.

We keep it simple with two reliable payment options: bank/wire transfer or Stripe payments. Let us know which you prefer! We accept payments in USD, EUR and PLN.

We primarily use Basecamp for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive project management features. However, we understand you might have an established workflow with other tools. Whether you use ClickUp, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, or another platform, we’re happy to integrate with your preferred system.

Absolutely! We believe in transparent communication between clients and developers. You’ll have direct access to your development team for technical discussions, quick resolution of questions, and regular check-ins. This direct communication ensures your vision is accurately translated into the final product.
