📝 Hackathon Rules
  1. Eligibility

    • Open exclusively to students and learners.

    • Participants can join individually or in teams (1–4 members per team).

  2. Original Work Only

    • All submissions must be original and created during the hackathon period.

    • Plagiarism or copying from external sources will result in disqualification.

  3. Submission Requirements

    • Every team must submit:

      • GitHub repository link with code

      • Working demo link or video demonstrating functionality

      • Short description and tech stack used

    • Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

  4. Team Guidelines

    • Maximum 4 members per team.

    • One member submits on behalf of the team; all members must be listed.

  5. Timeline Compliance

    • Projects must be started after the official hackathon start time.

    • Late submissions will not be accepted.

  6. Evaluation & Judging

    • Projects will be evaluated based on:

      • Problem understanding

      • Functionality & UI/UX

      • Code quality

      • Innovation

      • Presentation

    • Judges’ decisions are final.

  7. Professional Conduct

    • Participants are expected to maintain a collaborative and respectful environment.

    • Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the hackathon.

  8. Intellectual Property

    • Participants retain ownership of their projects.

    • By submitting, participants grant CodingBrains the right to showcase projects for educational and promotional purposes.
