Decription
Coding for SDG is a high-school club and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on teaching prospective computer science students about computer science and United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals through free meetings and workshops, organizing free events (like hackathons) around these goals to inspire students to continue innovating for a sustainable future, and creating an inclusive and diverse community of impactful tech-enthusiasts.
Coding for SDG 2023 is a 36 hour free, virtual, and public hackathon. The theme of the hackathon was voted by Coding for SDG members and was UN SDGs #4 (Quality Education), #7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), #13 (Climate Action). We hope this event not only helps you develop your programming skills but helps you be a team player, a communicator, and an innovator.
