Refund Policy

1. Introduction

 

This Refund Policy governs all transactions and service engagements entered into with Codeeo Technologies FZCO (hereinafter referred to as "Codeeo", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By engaging our services, making any payment, or executing any service agreement with Codeeo, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

 

2. No Refund Policy

 

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO CODEEO TECHNOLOGIES FZCO ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a payment has been received by Codeeo — whether in full or as a partial installment — it shall under no circumstances be refunded, reversed, credited, or returned to the Client. This policy applies universally across all of our service lines, including but not limited to:

• UAE Company Formation & Business Setup Services (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore)
• UAE Visa Processing & PRO Services
• Corporate Bank Account Assistance
• Website Design & Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Services
• Paid Advertising Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms)
• Branding & Graphic Design Services
• Artificial Intelligence & Automation Solutions
• E-Commerce Development & Management
• Digital Marketing Consultancy
• Any other service offered by Codeeo Technologies FZCO

 

3. Rationale for Non-Refundable Payments

 

Payments made to Codeeo are non-refundable because, upon receipt of payment, Codeeo immediately commits human resources, expertise, third-party tools, government application fees, licensing costs, and operational infrastructure to fulfil the Client's engagement. These commitments are irrecoverable regardless of whether the Client subsequently changes their mind, decides not to proceed, or is dissatisfied with outcomes.

For business setup services in particular, fees paid to free zone authorities, government bodies, notaries, typing centres, courier services, and other third-party entities are collected and disbursed on the Client's behalf at the time of submission and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

 

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway does not override or nullify this Refund Policy. Codeeo reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all active services upon receipt of a chargeback or dispute notification
• Pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction
• Report fraudulent chargeback attempts to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities

Clients are strongly encouraged to raise any concerns directly with Codeeo in writing prior to initiating any dispute with their payment provider.

 

5. Service Cancellation by the Client

 

If a Client elects to cancel a service after payment has been made, no refund shall be issued, regardless of the stage of service delivery. In cases where work has not yet commenced at the time of cancellation, Codeeo may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a service credit applicable to a future engagement. Such a credit is not guaranteed and shall not be construed as a right or entitlement.

 

6. Service Modifications or Cancellation by Codeeo

 

In the unlikely event that Codeeo is unable to deliver a contracted service due to circumstances solely within Codeeo's control and not attributable to any third-party authority, government body, or force majeure event, Codeeo shall endeavour in good faith to provide an alternative service of equivalent scope and value. No monetary refund shall be issued under such circumstances.

 

7. Force Majeure

 

Codeeo shall not be liable for any delays, non-performance, or service disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, regulatory changes, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or failure of third-party service providers. No refunds shall be issued in connection with force majeure events.

 

8. Government & Third-Party Fees

 

Government fees, free zone authority charges, notarisation fees, attestation costs, courier charges, and any other disbursements made to third parties on the Client's behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances. Codeeo is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs imposed by government authorities or regulatory bodies, and such events do not entitle the Client to a refund of any fees paid.

 

9. Acceptance of This Policy

 

By making a payment to Codeeo Technologies FZCO — whether via bank transfer, credit or debit card, cheque, online payment gateway, or any other method — the Client conclusively accepts and agrees to be bound by this Refund Policy in its entirety. No verbal representation, informal communication, or prior agreement shall supersede or modify the terms of this Policy unless confirmed in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Codeeo.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

This Refund Policy and all matters arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or such other competent court as Codeeo may elect at its discretion.
