Code 212 Mission

A National Vision for Digital Empowerment

The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation in Morocco has launched a national strategy to integrate digital skills into the core of higher education.

How it works

How does it work at Code 212

Its main mission is to democratize digital skills through active learning, collaborative spaces, and modern tools, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and build expertise. But HOW ?

The Code 212 network is built around a forward-thinking training model that helps students unlock their potential and develop solid skills in key sectors like Digital Technologies, Big Data, Robotics, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence ; all essential to Morocco’s digital future.

Code 212 centers promote an educational approach based on learning by doing and peer learning. Training sessions are highly interactive, encouraging students to engage actively, work in teams, and learn through practical experience.

Students can access open digital platforms to complete hands-on projects, validate their skills, and earn recognized certifications. These tools ensure that learning is both practical and relevant to the job market.

Each Code 212 center features a dedicated workspace with digital stations and, in some cases, a robotics area. These spaces are designed for self-paced learning, allowing students to explore and practice independently.

No prior knowledge is required. Whether you're completely new to digital tools or already have experience, all students are welcome. Code 212 offers opportunities for both beginners and advanced learners to grow their skills.

Code 212 is not a replacement for academic programs but a powerful complement. Students can enhance their academic journey by gaining practical training and certifications in parallel, boosting their employability and readiness for the digital world.

Partners

The Ministry has established partnerships with major IT industry leaders

such as Oracle, Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, and DXC Technologies to provide students with a diverse range of training programs covering all targeted fields of the project.

Additionally, the Ministry is actively engaging in negotiations with other potential partners to expand and enrich the training offerings further.
