If you have been following the announcements on our X/Twitter profile or in Discord then you would know that the last two minor releases 4.2 and 4.3 had a few mistakes that could have been avoided.
Three issues were reported (issue #425, issue #426, issue #427) and has been patched in v4.3.2. These issues were caused due to the optimization improvements made and did not appear during testing.
CoCart has been tested over and over again before applying these adjustment and are happy to report CoCart is working again.
To help developers who update one version at a time, I have repaired the following versions v4.2, v4.2.1, v4.2.2 and v4.3 with these issues resolved.
Version 4.3.1 has been deleted as it was a mistake. v4.3 was patched instead by removing the WooCommerce plugin headers that should not have been added. They were previously removed before in v3.9.0 and it was simply a mistake to add them back in.
If you have previously updated to any of the broken versions of CoCart I do apologise and recommend either re-installing that version or update to the latest patch v4.3.2
Obviously these issues have delayed releasing CoCart Plus v2.0 which provides compatibility with changes made since v4.2 so if you are getting an error after updating the core of CoCart, recommend not updating until CoCart Plus v2.0 is officially available.
However, a beta release of the last build is available to download from your account that has the error repaired and can be used with the latest version of CoCart.
I appreciate your feedback and support during this process.
Kind Regards,
Sébastien Dumont
