Can I receive this reward (holiday and program incentives) more than once?
Yes! There is no limit on the number of times that you can make a C4C referral and receive the reward – provided you refer a different person each time and they complete the qualifying ET Academy purchase.
How long do I have after I receive this vacation (holiday) reward before I must use it?
You have 18 months from the issue date of the vacation voucher, to take your vacation.
Can I swap this vacation reward for cash?
- No. This reward package can not be exchanged for cash.
- However, the reward package can be transferred to another person.
Are there any costs I will need to pay?
Yes. You will need to pay for:
- Your travel costs
- Any hotel taxes or surcharges
- Any additional spending in the hotel
- Any subsequent spending during your vacation

Are there any times during the year that I can’t book my hotel room?
- Yes. You can not book during holiday peak times. Check with the Vacation Promotions agent for confirmation.

Are there any hotels that I cannot book?
Yes. You may not book a hotel that is with-in 100 miles or 160 kilometers of where you reside.
How many people can travel with me?
This will be hotel and room specific, so you will need to check with either the Vacation Promotions agent or the hotel. Typically a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12.
Can I take a pet/s?
This will be hotel specific, so you will need to check with the hotel prior to booking.
