It looks that all links to the code are broken. I saw several videos on the web and I think it is the best code for machining simple parts. Can anybody help me with this?

The last known update of the software was made back in 2010, now the official website is down. So, I guess, it is better to take a look at some alternatives like iTNC530, CNC-SIMULATOR or Cnc Simple.
Starting from the build 516, you don't need a fuel code. This is the statement of the original developer from CNCZone forums. The application has been made free to use for all users.
