That’s why, for years, we have actively worked to reduce our environmental impact and move towards a more responsible and efficient production model.

Since 2020, our factory has been equipped with 228 solar panels of 320 Wp, along with two inverters and grid connection systems. This installation allows us to cover a significant part of our energy consumption through self-consumption with surplus compensation, thereby reducing our dependence on non-renewable sources.

Additionally, we have fully replaced our lighting systems with LED technology, which has led to a significant reduction in electricity consumption and associated emissions.

Our green mindset translates into concrete actions to maintain a clean environment, reduce waste, minimize our carbon footprint, and promote the use of clean energy. We are committed to a circular economy by encouraging the reuse and recycling of materials, as well as minimizing resource usage and generated emissions.

Digitalization is also part of our environmental strategy, as it enables us to optimize consumption, improve production processes, and anticipate emissions—contributing to a more efficient and sustainable management.

At Clossa, we prioritize working with committed suppliers, establishing stable and trustworthy relationships. We collaborate with research centers and raw material suppliers to develop sustainable products without compromising the highest technical performance.

For us, investing in sustainable models means investing in the future of the business. That’s why we adopt emerging technologies that help us progress toward a cleaner and more efficient industry. Recently, we have integrated an energy module into our ERP system, which provides us with accurate data on each machine’s energy consumption. This information allows us to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and further reduce our environmental impact.

We also promote responsible automation and adopt ethical, social, and environmental practices with the goal of creating a positive impact on the community and the environment.
