At Closed Loop, our leadership team are pioneers in sustainability, waste diversion, and resource repurposing. With deep expertise in circular economy principles and a commitment to creating measurable impact, they guide our mission to reimagine waste and design smarter, regenerative systems.

Rob Pascoe
Managing Director

Rob is recognised across Australasia as a leader in the circular economy movement, having launched world-first initiatives since the early 1990s. He leads Closed Loop and its business units across business direction, diversification and industry change. His insights and experience have been pivotal in Closed Loop’s continual development and growth.

Greg Schicker
General Manager, Operations

Greg is a dedicated leader who brings extensive expertise in business growth and management to his role as General Manager, Operations, having played a key role in establishing Closed Loop’s presence in New Zealand. He has deep experience in circular solutions, particularly in sustainable waste management. His commitment to leading with purpose is fuelled by a strong conviction in the value of sustainability.

Lisa Birch
General Manager, Solutions

Lisa Birch is a strategy and project leader with nearly 20 years’ experience addressing packaging sustainability challenges from the producer side. She leads the Closed Loop Solutions division, helping organisations translate circular economy ambition into practical, commercially viable systems. Previously, Lisa led the development of 7-Eleven Australia’s first enterprise sustainability strategy and early modern slavery reporting and action programs. She was also a founding leader of the Simply Cups product stewardship initiative, one of Australia’s first national coffee cup recycling programs.

Zoe Ditchburn
Executive Manager

Zoe brings more than two decades of experience in corporate governance, HR management, and business administration. Her strong administrative background enables her to manage business operations effectively, oversee projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams. With a focus on efficiency and system implementation, Zoe supports Closed Loop and its clients in achieving their goals for a circular economy.

Lachlan Robertson
Chief Financial Officer

Lachlan (Lachie) uses his enthusiasm for the environment to align financial performance with impactful sustainability outcomes. He has a strong background in finance and strategic planning and has been key in driving the company’s growth and ensuring financial viability.

Brendan Lee
Circular Economy Manager

Brendan is a circular economy realist, focused on solutions that deliver value through cost savings, customer engagement, and strategic opportunity. With an environmental science background and 30 years across public, private, and NGO sectors, he crafts practical, creative solutions that benefit both business and community.
