Alloy Casting:
4 advanced lines (Nippon Light Metal design), 150,000 t annual output, 1‒7series alloys, max billet Ø560 mm.
Extrusion Lines:
15 lines (1,000–10,000 T), annual capacity 100,000 t; max width 950 mm, length 30 m.
CNC Machining:
German Fooke 60 m & 30 m 5-axis centers, Japan Shoda 8 m × 4 m units — high-precision machining for large structures.
Welding & Bending Centers:
Equipped with IGM, Fronius, and Cloos robotic systems; 60 certified welders and IWE engineers.
Quality Assurance & Certifications
Conglin’s integrated QA/QC system ensures traceability from billet casting to final assembly. The company has obtained:

Nollvetec Lightweight Equipment Co., Ltd.
A wholly owned subsidiary founded in 2002, Nollvetec focuses on rail vehicle modules, new energy equipment, medical devices, and large aluminum structures.
It supplies major clients including CRRC, Alstom, and CSIC, with products used in domestic and international rail transit projects.
Conglin Fruehauf Automobile Co., Ltd.
Established in 2011, this joint venture between Conglin Aluminum, Nippon Light Metal, and Japan Fruehauf is one of China’s earliest manufacturers of aluminum semi-trailers. Conglin Fruehauf produces lightweight semi-trailers, including refrigerated trucks, wing-body trailers, and container transport vehicles.
Wuhu Conglin Lightweight Automobile Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2020, Wuhu Conglin manufactures aluminum semi-trailers, cargo boxes, and battery trays for new energy commercial and passenger vehicles.
The company has an annual capacity of 10,000 units and partners with leading EV OEMs including BYD.
Mactolli Aluminum Formwork Technology Co., Ltd.
Established in 2014, Mactolli provides aluminum formwork systems integrating design, production, leasing, and on-site service.
With advanced Korean technology and intelligent production lines, it delivers over 300,000 m² of formwork annually to clients such as CSCEC, CCCC, and CREC.
Shandong Conglin Kewa Aluminum Boat Co., Ltd.
A Sino-Finnish joint venture, Conglin Kewa specializes in aluminum alloy vessels under 50 m, including pilot boats, patrol boats, and passenger ferries.
Combining European design with Conglin’s manufacturing strength, its products serve domestic maritime authorities and global customers.
