How we choose the best coaches
As a B Corp, impact really matters to us. So we only choose coaches who truly deliver change.
In-person interview and CV check
While you can join a coaching platform in just a few clicks, no-one joins our team without real qualifications and a live interview. We’re looking for an understanding of your sector, as well as qualifications from respected institutions.
Practical assessment
We measure coaches against our comprehensive 12-point core competencies and also assess them against the International Coach Federation’s own framework. With their client’s permission, we grade a recording of a real coaching session to make sure they coach at the high standard we require.
