To move clickey.exe to startup in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
Type "shell:startup" (without quotes) in the Run dialog and press Enter.
This will open the Startup folder in Windows Explorer.
Locate the clickey.exe file on your computer.
Right-click on clickey.exe and select "Copy".
Go back to the open Startup folder, right-click anywhere in the folder, and select "Paste".
Once the file is pasted into the Startup folder, it will automatically run every time you start your computer.
Please note that moving files to the Startup folder may affect your computer's performance, so ensure that you are moving a trusted and necessary program.

The program "Clickey" may be hiding in the system tray or notification area of your Windows computer. Look for a small icon representing the program in the bottom right corner of your screen, near the clock. If you cannot find it there, you can also try searching for "Clickey" in the "Start" menu or using the search function in Windows.
Many of us use two layout (English and other language). Can you make Clickey support two layouts? In particular, I'd like Clickey to indicate by sounds that i'm typing at the other language.

Check the GRC developer website for more instructions regarding your question.
Where do I go to change the clicking sound to a different one? I don't know how to do this. Please help!

It's not possible to change the sounds when you press the keys. The sounds are defined in the DLL file that is created automatically when you launch it and each individual keyboard has its own sound generated automatically because this is the way it has been developed.
I've tried to edit the file or at least to find something with but failed. Only the developer has the power to edit the application and the sounds.
