Overview

Tecplot is a leading developer in Computational Fluid Dynamics data visualization. They have worked with some illustrious organizations, including NASA. Tecplot software differs from other visualization tools in that it is easy to learn and use, offers broader capabilities, and produces better-quality images and output.  

To stay connected and maintain their relationships with engineers and other users, Tecplot recognized the need for a robust Marketing Automation platform. They required a solution that would streamline communications, nurture leads effectively and engage their customer base at scale.

Challenge

Tecplot was using standalone email marketing and social marketing tools that did not sync properly with their CRM. As a result, they suffered from performance issues, including misfiring automation workflows. Tecplot’s marketing strategy includes a focus on organic social media. They were able to replace their incumbent provider with Click Social, a powerful social marketing product included in their subscription. Click Social provides all the features they need to create and manage productive social campaigns, including advanced planning scheduling, publishing, and creative AI functionality.

Results

Tecplot regained confidence in its internal email marketing operations and has seen significant improvements in campaign performance. Previously complex email automations used for nurturing contacts across multiple marketing lists are now straightforward to create and manage, significantly reducing the need for manual processes.
