  4. Marketing (Opt‑In) — send product updates, event invitations, and educational content. You may opt‑out any time via the unsubscribe link.

  5. Contractual Communications — policy updates, fee notices, service alerts, funding confirmations.

 

3. Legal Bases (GDPR/EU/UK)

We process Personal Data under one or more of the following bases: contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., network security, fraud prevention), legal obligation, and consent (where required for marketing cookies).

 

4. How We Share Information

  • Payment Networks & Banks – acquiring banks, card networks, ACH operators, and gateway providers to execute transactions.

  • Service Providers – cloud hosting, analytics, communications, and KYC vendors bound by confidentiality and data‑processing agreements.

  • PMS & Software Integrations – at your direction, to enable booking and reconciliation workflows.

  • Corporate Transactions – business transfers, mergers, or acquisitions where permissible by law.

  • Legal & Risk – when required by subpoena, court order, card‑brand investigation, or to protect Clearview, our merchants, or users.

We never sell Personal Data.

 

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to understand traffic, measure campaigns, and improve Site functionality. Cookies help us recognize returning visitors, remember preferences, and analyze how the Site is used.

6. Advertising & User-Provided Data

8. Security

  • PCI DSS Level 1 certified backend processors (TSYS, Fiserv).

  • TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit; AES‑256 at rest.

  • Role‑based access controls, MFA, annual penetration testing, and 24/7 network monitoring.
    Despite robust controls, no system is 100 % secure; you acknowledge residual risk when transmitting data online.

 

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your Personal Data, and to object to certain processing.
